Justin Knoll is to real estate what Bob Dylan is to songwriting. Wisdom and inspiration just pour out of him naturally. He is truly one of the rare ones who have the "it" factor, and by sharing it, gifts us with invaluable gems that give us confidence and strength to be effective.
Pandora and I, went "all in" together into the real estate world in 2013. It has gone well for us, and when we encountered Justin in February of '19, we had just come off of our most productive year, sales volume wise. But while we were working hard and looking good on paper, there were cracks in our foundation. Our approach was wearing us down. We were flying by the seat of our pants and were on a collision course, reeling toward burnout and total breakdown.
Justin's years of experience, relational approach and positive demeanor impacted us and nudged us over to a sustainable business model. We have transitioned seamlessly to a more vibrant and cutting edge agency (Madison & Co), and have even expanded our team to more focused and productive agents who positively affect our Evergreen and mountain/foothills communities every day.
Certainly much is taught and there is no end to the number of classes and approaches one can take in the business, but for us, more is caught than taught. Justin's spirit has become our spirit. We are empowered and feel we can do this business for a very long time, as well as enjoy life inside and outside real estate.
